Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the services offered on Prakrutinfo, operated by Prakrut Farmer Producer Company Limited.

1. Nature of Services

Prakrutinfo provides digital and subscription-based information services, including government scheme updates, GR/circular notifications, agriculture advisories, and farmer awareness content delivered through WhatsApp and digital platforms.

All services are digital in nature. No physical products are sold or delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their subscription only before the service activation or delivery of digital access.
Once the subscription is activated or digital content/access is provided, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are generally not provided once the subscription is activated.

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user

  • Payment deducted but service not activated

In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.

5. No Cash Refunds

All refunds, if approved, will be processed only through the original payment method. No cash refunds will be issued.
